Immediately after you placed your order, your pet upload is sent to one of our artists. It is usually 3-10 business days to draw, produce and prepare your order. Please refer to the specific product page for timeline depending on the final destination, all our products are either shipped from Canada or USA.
COVID-19 situation : During the current crisis, Canadian and International orders may take longer to arrive, US doesn't seem to be affected with longer delays at the moment.

You selected the wrong cell phone version.
You entered an incorrect address or made a mistake while entering your address and the item is shipped back to us
The buyer shouldn't have to pay anything else than our checkout price, we aren't responsible for specific countries custom charges.
United Kingdom : All goods above a certain value entering the UK from outside the EU are liable for customs charges. Whether these charges are applied is the decision of Border Force. It has nothing to do with us not paying enough postage.
Due to the customized nature of all of the products we cannot offer returns, refunds or cancellations. Your artwork is hand-drawn with care and is entirely unique to you and your pet.

If you received the wrong product, an incorrect size or print, or your product was damaged in transit, we will of course replace it without question.
If you have placed an order recently and have changed your mind, please advice us as soon as possible, we might be able to cancel it if we haven't started the drawing.. Reason being our talented artists are already working on your custom artwork and have invested time in it.
