We ship and produce all our phone cases from Québec in Canada. For the rest of our shop, please refer to each product page description, it is always either Canada or USA.

Everything is tracked except for phone case in Canada 

Due to the customized nature of all of the products we cannot offer returns, refunds or cancellations. Your artwork is personalized and is entirely unique to you and your pet.

Customer satisfaction is important to us and we always aspire to make sure you're happy with the final masterpiece. If you are unsatisfied with your final product then please get in touch with us via the chatbox on the right corner, input your email to get quick answers directly in your mailbox. 

If you received the wrong product, an incorrect size or print, or your product was damaged in transit, we will of course replace it without question.

If you have placed an order recently and have changed your mind, please advice us as soon as possible, we might be able to cancel it if we haven't started the drawing.. Reason being our talented artists are already working on your custom artwork and have invested time in it. 

No, it is printed using LED UV technology, it won't peel off or fade over time!
