Great pillow! I’ve ordered a pet blanket before and both were high quality and the images were just as pictured in the initial design.

I was hesitant at first to purchase because it was hard to gauge what the actual fabric colours would look like and the texture/quality of the fabric as it looked like rough canvas in photos. Also the best picture I had was over exposed and there were walking collars all over his body, so I was scared to take the risk of spending $70, waiting ages for shipping to end up with a dodgy picture of my dog. Anyway it took me two months contemplating then I finally took the plunge and I’m so glad I did! I just received the pillow today and was even better than I expected. Firstly, I requested the walking straps to be removed from the final picture, as well as some colour alterations, and the artist honestly did an amazing job. It’s exactly what I asked for. Secondly, the colour of the pillow is exactly the colour of the box in the colour selection! The fabric is super soft, kind of jersey like fabric? Additionally it has a zip so you can remove the case and wash it wish was an awesome surprise! I did have some delays in dispatch but the customer service was great. They replied and responded within the day. Although the shipping did take 3 weeks (I live in Australia), it’s understandable considering how cheap the shipping is and current delays with COVID. Also loved how that the shipping was fully tracked. I don’t usually write reviews, nor such lengthy ones like this but I’m so happy with the purchase and writing this review to hopefully help others who depend on reviews when making purchases like myself! Tl;dr 10/10. Would order again without hesitation. Artists do a great job and really listen to requests. Soft fabric and zip. Great customer service.

I bought this as a birthday gift for my friend and she absolutely loved it! She shows it to everyone who comes by & has it displayed prominently in her living room. Such a unique gift that was so well received!
