I ordered this mug for my dad, who had to put down his dog, Choca, right before Christmas because of cancer. :( I knew it was really last-minute to be ordering this in time for the holiday, so I didn't expect to get it in time since this is probably THE busiest time of year for them. The artist was SO nice and said that although they couldn't guarantee anything by that date, they would do their best. They even emailed me to check the proof of the image before printing. To my delight, I saw the shipping notice a few days ago and it arrived in the mail today, well in advance of Christmas! I'm so happy! It looks JUST like the photo and perfectly reflects Choca's soulful eyes and spirit. It brings tears to my eyes when I think about how happy my dad is going to be to have this memory of Choca on Christmas morning!

The only thing I will say is that it did take towards the end of the time frame for each step, but it is also Christmas. This was not a problem for me at all, but one may want to keep that in mind if they are expecting it within a week. Again though, not a problem, and I had expected that, especially at the time I ordered.
