Unfortunately, I NEVER received my phone case. I reached out multiple times and never even got a response. I paid extra for express drawing and everything. My order was placed in December of 2024. I got an email in February of 2025 saying it FINALLY shipped, but nothing. Never received this product and never heard anything from their customer support.

The artwork itself was very detailed and realistic. The case itself is good quality too. I’ve had it on my phone for 3 months and the case hasn’t yellowed nor has the decal peeled. The seller was helpful and kind, I couldn’t pick a photo so I submitted a few and told him to surprise me, he did, and he did such a good job. Shipping was kinda slow but I’m in Canada (ON), and it’s a custom order, so that was expected and not an issue. Processing took about 2 weeks, then ground shipping was an additional 4 weeks. Thanks for helping me honour the memory of my cat. highly recommend.

THIS IS UNLIKE ANY OTHER PHONE CASE YOU ARE GOING TO BUY!Because of the reasonable price, I expected the phone case to be mediocre at best however this case is GORGEOUS!!! I love what they did with my dogs picture and how beautiful it turned out. In fact, I love it so much, I’m buying another one for myself now and may even get more as Christmas gifts!
